The open air restaurant at the Harmony seats around 50 guests in a stylish but casual atmosphere that draws upon 70's surf culture, Brazilian Modernism, and old school tropical resorts. Taking its cue from a harmonious way of living, the kitchen style is Pacific Rim merged with local and Asian cuisine, primary cooking local and seafood, chicken and vegan protein alternatives as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. The menu options includes tropical flavors like coconut, banana, blackberry, tamarind and aromas of fresh mint, dill, ginger, cilantro and tarragon, among others.

Juice Bar

Under a traditional Costa Rican thatched roof ranchito and tucked away in the center of the native plants garden lays this tiny and secret gem. Conceived of as the culinary expression for the Harmony Hotels organic and sustainable farming project, the mixed greens greenhouse boxes and fresh local produce stacked in hand woven coffee bean canastas (baskets) that greet you bespeak a culinary experience that is as close to the land as is possible. The simple chalkboard menu of fresh harvested salads, sandwiches on homemade multi grain bread, veggie juices, fruit smoothies and earthy textures and heavenly aroma of the fresh baked breads and cookies all conspire to draw you in. The otherworldly espressos and cappuccinos prepared by our trained barista-sitas seal ones membership in the small community of those in the know.

The Harmony’s full bar can quench your thirst from a refreshing smoothie to a tropical cocktail.

In keeping with our ecological mission, we use primarily local, fresh fruits rather than manufactured sodas in our cocktails. Even the drink straws are made of bamboo.
