Pre-Payment & Cancellation Policies & Additional Information

High and Green Season

A credit card authorization for the total amount of the reservation is required as a guarantee. Pre-payment of the total amount of the reservation is required 22 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations

· If a reservation is cancelled 22 days or less before the arrival date, the reservation will be charged 100% (even if it hasn’t been prepaid).

· A 100% of the reservation will be charged for “no-show” (even if it hasn’t been prepaid).

** In case the rooms can be sold we will do a reimbursement of 100% of the total amount.

Holiday Season

Pre-Payment

A credit card authorization for the total amount of the reservation is required as a guarantee.

Pre-payment of the total amount of the reservation is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.

· A reimbursement of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is given if a formal written cancellation notice is received at least 45 days prior to the arrival date.

· Cancellation received 44 days or less prior to the reservation will not be reimbursed. The reservation will be charged in full (100%) even if it hasn’t been prepaid.

· A 100% of the reservation will be charged for “no-show”.

Children

-  Children from 0 to 6 years old do not pay for their room and breakfast is included.  Any other services (meals, non-alcoholic beverages, etc.) must be paid for.

-  Children 6 years and over pay complete rate for their room and board.

Additional Information

Check in is at 2:00 p.m. and Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Please note that while the hotel is not responsible for any loss in our guest unit or automobile, it is advisable that money, jewels and other valuable items be secured in the safe box. In addition, pets are not permitted on the premises.
