Cancellation Policies

Pre-Payment & Cancellation Policies & Additional Information

High and Green Season

A credit card authorization for the total amount of the reservation is required as a guarantee. Prepayment of the total amount of the reservation is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations

If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date, the reservation will be charged 100% (even if it hasn’t been prepaid).

A 100% of the reservation will be charged for “no-show” (even if it hasn’t been prepaid).

** In case the rooms can be sold we will do a reimbursement of 80% of the total amount.

Holiday Season

Pre-Payment

A credit card authorization for the total amount of the reservation is required as a guarantee.

Pre-payment of the total amount of the reservation is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.

If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.

If a reservation is cancelled between 44 and 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

A 100% of the reservation will be charged for “no-show”.

** In the case that we are able to sell the rooms, an 80% reimbursement will be made.

Children

Children from 0 to 6 years old do not pay for their room and breakfast is included. Any other services (meals, non-alcoholic beverages, etc.) must be paid for.

Children 6 years and over pay complete rate for their room and board.
