A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation for Holiday Season. Payment of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled or modified between 90 and 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled or modified within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
A credit card is required to guarantee the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Payment for the total amount of the reservation is collected 60 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled or modified within 60 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

During all seasons, please note 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged in the case of a “no-show”.
Additionally, should you depart the hotel earlier than your scheduled check out date, the amount charged for the unused nights on your original reservation cannot be refunded.
