Initial Session Overview

In your initial 60-minute Integrative Wellness Session, Karina guides you through a holistic and personalized consultation to understand what your body and nervous system most need. Together, you’ll co-create a customized wellness roadmap with curated healing experiences, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and somatic practices to help you stay grounded and vital throughout your stay. We recommend booking this offering via zoom pre-arrival to make the most of your journey.

Continuing Sessions: Embodied Wellness

For guests ready to go deeper after your initial consult, one-on-one Embodied Wellness Sessions with Karina bring your plan to life through breathwork, mindful movement, and integrative coaching. These immersive sessions support emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and lasting renewal — helping you sustain a regenerative rhythm of living long after you leave Harmony.

With over a decade of experience in holistic health and integrative wellness, Karina brings a depth of knowledge and a grounded, heart-centered approach to her work. Her background includes training in integrative nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic trauma & healing therapies, as well as years of facilitating transformational retreats in some of the world’s most beautiful natural settings.
